Experience & , Technical Skills

• - Proven experience in welding operations across various techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
• - Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes and structural welding principles.
• - Demonstrated expertise in welding equipment operation and routine maintenance.
• - Thorough understanding of welding safety standards and quality control procedures.

• - Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• - Physical capability to perform demanding manual work in varying environmental conditions.
• - Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision in all work undertaken.

Qualifications

• - Welding certification (AWS, ASME, or equivalent recognised qualification).
• - Experience working in marine or resort construction environments.
• - Knowledge of material durability considerations in tropical climates.
