Responsabilità
  • Create and maintain critical trial documents (e.g., Monitoring Guidelines, ICF, IMP-related docs)
  • Manage vendor setup, on-going vendor activities, SOW creation and budget oversight
  • Coordinate country/regional trial management activities and risk reviews
  • Contribute to program-level compound training with Clinical/CTL&D/Medical Writing
  • Provide input on trial-level operational strategies and resolve trial-related issues
  • Participate in process improvement at trial/compound/cross-DU levels
  • Support Health Authority inspections and risk mitigation planning
  • Mentor onboarding and development of Trial Management staff
Requisiti fondamentali
  • BS degree or equivalent; 4+ years clinical trial experience in pharma/healthcare
  • Experience across multiple study phases (I–IV) and management of multiple trial aspects
  • 2–3 years supporting global clinical trials
  • Strong leadership; ability to work in matrixed global environments
  • Excellent decision-making, analytics, and financial management skills
  • Ability to operate with limited supervision and mentor others
  • Experience hiring, training, and evaluating staff
