You will drive the evolution of Visual Merchandising (VM) excellence across the global boutique network. As part of the International Retail Hub, you define and propel VM standards, governance and year-round Retail Communication initiatives. You’ll lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure brand consistency, premium customer experience and commercial impact. This role offers influence across markets, a focus on iconic gifting and a chance to shape global VM practices at scale.
Responsabilità- Shape and implement the global VM strategy and roadmap, aligning milestones with timelines
- Govern VM standards by maintaining and updating the VM Guidebook and ensuring consistent application worldwide
- Lead gifting VM strategy, tools and merchandising solutions to elevate boutiques as gifting destinations
- Drive VM capability building through the VM Academy and Train-the-Trainer programs
- Oversee the VM Assessment Program, partner with external experts, and translate insights into action plans
- Collaborate with Retail Design to optimize fixtures, furniture and future concepts
- Coach markets on VM excellence, monitor training effectiveness and ensure learning impact
- Analyze data and market insights to drive improvements in VM quality and brand expression
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Retail or Retail Communication and Visual Merchandising
- Strong project management experience in an international environment
- Fluency in English (advanced)
