Job Description Summary

As Aero Alliance Europe Finance Specialist, you’ll be accountable for the accuracy and quality of the financial reporting, revenue recognition and controls. You will be the First Point of Contact for all Finance related processes linked to our European sites (with focus on Norway and Mesagne sites) of the entities as well as a key stakeholder of the support functions and systems in place. The role will report directly to the Aero Alliance Europe Shop Finance Manager.

Job Description Essential responsibilities

• Lead the closing processes and perform accounts reconciliations
• Analyze and explain actual versus budget variances
• Prepare weekly/monthly/annual forecast of the main financials
• Partner with Finance Leader & Operations to ensure alignment on operational and strategic issues
• Partner with JV Controllership team to ensure and consistency of accounting processes, drive controllership awareness throughout the operating team, ensure financial compliance and uphold Company’s commitment to integrity.
• Support Service Centre Operations Team to deliver financial commitments, cost productivity and financial rigor
• Articulate commercial & financial risks and opportunities
• Work effectively with different stakeholders (Leadership, Operations and other Finance functions) inside and outside the JV to proactively drive initiatives
• Preparation and submission of State required statistical reporting
• Partner with GE and BHGE Corporate teams, shared services supporting the JV and external auditors to ensure excellence of operational & processes including statutory and tax filing, audit processes and account reconciliations

Qualifications / Requirements

• Proven relevant work experience in similar role
• Strong accounting, analytical, problem-solving & communication skills, with hands‑on approach.
• Strong team player with professional/positive personal presence, ability to work across functions and locations, engaging beyond the Finance Function
• Ability to adjust to varying priorities in a dynamic environment, work under pressure, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Proven ability to manage-self
• Fluent English and Italian in both written and verbal communication

La retribuzione specifica offerta terrà conto dell'istruzione, delle qualifiche, dell'esperienza e delle competenze del candidato. The pay range for this position: Between € 36,800.00 and € 55,200.00 gross per annum. The specific pay offered will consider the candidate’s education, qualifications, experience and skill set.

Eleggibilità per il Piano Bonus: Eligibilità al piano bonus Variabile‑AIP, che prevede un incentivo target del 5% della retribuzione base annua, a seconda del raggiungimento dei parametri di business e delle performance individuali.

Eligibility for Bonus Plan: Eligible to participate in Variable‑AIP annual bonus plan that provides a target incentive of 5% of the individual’s annual base salary depending on achievement of key business metrics and individual performance.

I benefici disponibili sulla base del CCNL attualmente in vigore e delle politiche aziendali includono quanto segue / A Collective Bargaining Agreement ('CBA' - Metalworking) is applicable in relation to position. The available benefits based on the currently effective CBA and company policies include the following:

• Stipendio Base: La retribuzione seguirà le tabelle salariali previste dal CCNL di categoria Metalmeccanico
• Industria Base salary: The remuneration is established according to the Metalworking CBA salary scale, which defines job groups and minimum salary levels.
• Pensione Integrativa (Cometa): Tutti i livelli sono eligibili, ad eccezione dei dirigenti.
• Contributo del datore di lavoro: 2% (2,2% se under 35).
• Contributo del dipendente: 1,2%.
• Base di calcolo: retribuzione mensile lorda.
• Pension Fund (Cometa): All levels are eligible, except executives (dirigenti).
• Employer Contribution: 2% (2.2% if under 35).
• Employee Contribution: 1.2%.
• Base: monthly gross salary.
