You will build end-to-end data-driven products that solve real-world business problems and deliver measurable value for clients. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you design scalable ML models and productionize solutions, while mentoring junior data scientists. You’ll push innovation by applying the latest AI advances and maintaining high-quality code. This role sits within a global team shaping AI-driven transformations for finance, insurance, and manufacturing.

- Design, develop and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models to address business problems
- Lead problem discovery, define problem statements and assess feasibility of solutions
- Collaborate with teammates and stakeholders to integrate models into production systems
- Write high-quality, reusable code for data science projects
- Drive innovation by adopting the latest AI, ML and software development advances
- Provide mentorship to junior data scientists and contribute to team growth
- 5+ years of experience in data science, ML, and software development
- Strong Python proficiency; knowledge of Java, C++ or similar is a plus
- Experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn)
- Proficiency with version control (Git) and testing; CI/CD experience is a plus
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate business problems into technical solutions
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases; familiarity with big data tech (Hadoop, Spark) is a plus
- Experience designing and deploying ML models at scale
- Strong cloud understanding (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
