Member Experience Advisor

David Lloyd Leisure is looking for a Member Support Advisor based in Italy to handle member queries across chat, phone and email. You will process enquiries accurately and engage with members to deliver high-quality service from our hub, with shifts from 9:00–17:00 or 10:00–18:00 in a fully office-based environment.

The role emphasises customer service excellence, clear communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, with base salary of €23,000 plus commission.
