Job Description
The Project Controller is responsible for developing, implementing, and reconciling project budgets and forecasts together with the project stakeholders and implementing them in the ERP system.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and report on project performance, including cost, revenue, cash flow, and progress, invoicing and cash collection, ensuring compliance with IFRS.
- Perform variance analysis, identifying risks and opportunities, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Present project financials to senior management, including V- and C-Level executives.
- Assist with claims and change order management.
- Manage customer bank guarantees and related documentation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project controlling, with expertise in project costing, estimating, and financial monitoring, preferably in an international EPC environment, with readiness to travel (10-20%).
- Strong knowledge of risk and claim management.
- Proficiency in financial data analysis, with the ability to draw insights and make informed recommendations.
- Familiarity with IFRS and industry best practices and standards.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, commitment to continuous improvement, and ability to work independently.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; additional language skills are a plus.

Compensation
- Basic wage component (gross): 53,000.
- This is the minimum offered salary; compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience, and qualifications.
