In this role, you act as the strategic bridge between TikTok and luxury-brand partners, guiding campaign execution and maximizing ROI. You collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate platform data into compelling narratives, educate clients on solutions, and drive product adoption. You’ll monitor performance, align platform offerings with marketing initiatives, and seek long‑term growth through trusted partnership building. This role combines strategic storytelling with hands‑on campaign leadership in a global, dynamic environment.
- Strengthen client and agency partnerships across global stakeholders to drive shared growth
- Lead end‑to‑end campaign strategy and execution, including measurement, reporting, and optimization
- Serve as a trusted product consultant, educating partners on TikTok solutions and features
- Deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations via quarterly business reviews and executive updates
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Measurement, Creative, Solutions Engineering, and Operations to enhance performance and drive platform adoption
- Experience as Account Manager, Client Solutions Manager, Media Manager, Digital Marketing Manager in Brand, agencies, media, or tech companies
- Proven full‑funnel digital marketing and measurement experience
- Hands‑on familiarity with digital and programmatic sales and media landscape
- Knowledge of tracking technologies (Pixel, Events API (CAPI), MMP) and attribution (MMM, MTA) and measurement methods (BLS, CLS, ULS)
- Background in performance advertising and solving complex scaling challenges
- Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams
- Fluent in Italian and English (high proficiency in written and spoken Italian required)
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
