Bending Spoons is seeking a talented and driven Legal Counsel (Employment) to join their team in Milan, London, Madrid, or Warsaw. The role involves guiding employment and labor matters, supporting acquisitions and integrations, managing disputes, and building scalable legal processes within a high-growth tech environment.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Law degree
- Previous practical experience at a law firm or as in-house counsel
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Strong reasoning, problem-solving abilities, and drive
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Provide practical advice on employment and labor matters including policies, hiring, contracts, compensation, benefits, and separations.
- Support acquisitions, transitions, and reorganizations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Handle claims and litigation working closely with outside counsel and the People team.
- Build scalable legal processes, tools, and AI-powered workflows.
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments to proactively address business needs.
Stipend, Compensation & Mode
- Compensation: £85,797 to £151,436 in London; €66,065 to €107,837 elsewhere in Europe (higher for exceptionally experienced candidates).
