In this role you will define and lead Gucci’s global talent acquisition and employer branding strategy. You’ll partner with senior leaders to forecast talent needs, build pipelines, and elevate the candidate experience. You will shape Gucci’s employer brand and university partnerships to attract elite talent, while collaborating with Kering on shared initiatives. You drive data-driven recruitment, transform processes, and foster a high-impact, inclusive talent culture that supports growth in a premium luxury environment.

Responsabilità
  • Define and execute Gucci’s global talent acquisition strategy and lead executive and critical hires worldwide.
  • Develop and activate the employer branding and EVP strategy across markets, ensuring a consistent candidate experience.
  • Create and manage global university, business school, and hospitality school partnerships and internship programs.
  • Ensure excellence and continuous improvement of end-to-end recruitment, governance, and digital capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Kering on talent initiatives and manage external partners to maximize attraction effectiveness.
  • Lead, coach and develop the global talent acquisition and employer branding team and foster a data-driven culture.
Requisiti fondamentali
  • 15+ years in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Talent Management or HR leadership
  • Experience leading a global or multi-regional TA function in a complex organization
  • Track record of defining and implementing talent strategies that support growth and transformation
  • Experience managing executive and senior-level recruitment across geographies and functions
  • Experience in Employer Branding, EVP development and talent attraction programs
  • Experience building partnerships with universities and external talent ecosystems
  • Exposure to global HR transformation, recruitment platforms, and talent intelligence
  • Experience in consumer-centric, brand-driven or luxury environments preferred
