Role Overview

Ciao a tutti We're thrilled to introduce a key role that connects our cutting‑edge technology with the expanding energy storage market in Italy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage Energy Storage System (ESS) clients and projects throughout Italy.
  • Gather client requirements and collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure comprehensive solutions.
  • Analyze competitor solutions, pricing, and market strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Represent Sungrow at national and international fairs and congresses.
  • Provide periodic sales forecasts, reports, and market research to inform strategy.
  • Achieve yearly sales targets and grow Sungrow's local market share.

Qualifications

  • Possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or an equivalent field, with an affinity for electrical engineering.
  • Bring at least two years of experience in technical sales, business development, project development, or project management, preferably in the solar or energy storage industry.
  • Demonstrate good knowledge of photovoltaics, inverters, and Balance of System (BOS) components, coupled with a strong commercial sales background, ideally in the solar or renewable energy sector.
  • Be fluent in Italian and English (C1 level); Chinese is a plus.
  • Exhibit very good knowledge of MS‑Office and CRM software.
  • Show willingness to travel domestically and internationally on a regular basis.
