As Senior PMO Officer, you will steer governance and coordination for complex space programmes, ensuring solid planning, budget control, scheduling, risk management, and reporting. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to align international stakeholders and partners with programme objectives. - Support planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, reporting, and governance across PMO domains
- Coordinate complex programmes with multiple stakeholders and international partners
- Assist budget forecasting, cost control, performance analysis, and periodic reporting
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, KPIs, and decision-support materials
- Manage schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items with escalation as needed
- Collect, validate, consolidate, and analyse project, operational, and financial data for decision-making
- Prepare programme documentation, reviews, deliverables, and reporting for stakeholders
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary and external stakeholders to ensure governance and execution
- Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes, methodologies, tools, and reporting frameworks
- At least 6 years of professional experience in PMO/space programme contexts
- University master’s degree (5 years or equivalent)
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel and relocate within Europe as required
- Experience with PM tools (e.g., Microsoft Project Planning)
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple activities
- Excellent stakeholder management, coordination, and teamwork in international environments
