Salary (Full-Time Equivalent): Gross annual salary of €26,000 (Full-Time Equivalent), in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Pelli e Cuoio Industria). For part-time positions, the salary will be pro-rated according to the agreed working hours.

Reports to: Sales Manager

Type of Contract: Tempo det. PART TIME

Main duties:

To provide consistent and exceptional standard of customer service in the store.
To maximize sales for the store
To develop enduring relationships with clients
To provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request
To approach customers and offer them advice and support on product to persuade them to buy
To manage promotional allowance, rebate, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices
To understand and be able to advise customers on smart professional dress and appearance
To resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history
To handle returns of merchandise
To maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store at the highest standard
To support the team on the general operations of the "Piquadro" store
To arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria
To operate cash registers and close daily revenues
To maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates
To go the "extra mile" to meet targets

The Candidate:

Fluency in English (written & spoken) is strongly desired and Chinese appreciated
Retail or serviceindustry experience
Great customer service and people skills
Ability to communicate and inspire customers & store colleagues
Good standard of numeracy and problem solving
Ability to work towards goals
Strong organizational skills
Dynamic and creative
