This is a fully remote position, open to candidates based in Italy and Switzerland.

Role Title: Italian Language Expert

We are engaging Italian Transcription Experts to contribute to a customer project focused on audio transcription and AI training. In this role, you'll apply your Italian language expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required - your domain knowledge is what matters.
Scope of Work- Transcribe audio samples in Italian and, when required, in English with high accuracy and adherence to project guidelines.
- Review and edit transcripts to ensure completeness, consistency, and correct representation of spoken content.
- Annotate audio data as specified, contributing vital insights for AI model training.
- Flag unclear or low-quality audio and provide feedback on transcription challenges.
- Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements and address specific linguistic nuances.
- Maintain confidentiality and data security throughout all transcription assignments.
- Deliver timely, high-quality transcripts that meet established standards and contribute to project milestones.
- Native-level fluency in Italian, with strong comprehension of both spoken and written language.
- Demonstrated experience in professional audio transcription, especially for linguistic or AI-related projects.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accurate and comprehensive transcripts.
- Strong familiarity with audio transcription tools and best practices.
- Ability to identify, interpret, and annotate linguistic subtleties and audio ambiguities.
- Previous experience supporting AI training data projects is a plus, though not required.
- Proactive communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality work independently. xysqume
