Overview

In this role you will define and evolve the end-to-end software and E/E architecture for combine platforms, driving platform consistency and scalability across product lines. You act as the primary technical authority for software and E/E systems, guiding cross-functional integration and resolving complex system-level challenges. You will establish architecture standards and governance, enabling data-driven and AI-enabled capabilities. This is a pivotal role for shaping AGCO’s platform architecture and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

Responsabilità
  • Define and evolve end-to-end software and E/E architecture for combine platforms
  • Drive platform consistency, modularity, and scalability across product lines
  • Act as primary technical authority for combine software architecture and E/E systems
  • Lead resolution of highly complex system-level challenges involving software, E/E systems, and cross-functional integration
  • Establish and enforce architecture standards, governance processes, and design principles
Requisiti fondamentali
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Extensive experience in embedded software and complex E/E systems
  • Strong expertise in AUTOSAR and MBSE for scalable architectures
  • Proven ability to lead architecture, system integration, and technical decision-making across large-scale programs
  • Deep understanding of software architecture patterns, interfaces, integration strategies, and lifecycle management
  • Demonstrated track record in platform architecture, system integration, and delivery of high-quality solutions
