Mollie provides payment and money management products for businesses across Europe. Its Connect tools and APIs enable platforms and marketplaces to offer payments to their merchants.
Задачи:
- Take end-to-end ownership of product development, from shaping ideas through building, testing, and measuring performance in production
- Design, build, and maintain APIs, services, and embedded components across frontend and backend, focusing on Connect activation, payment API exposure, and multi-sub-merchant support
- Build and contribute to large-scale systems that handle high transaction volumes efficiently
- Weigh product trade-offs and decide what to build and how to expose it to partners, working with the Product Manager to shape the self-serve track
- Work across multiple interacting systems while managing context and prioritizing partner and merchant needs
- Challenge ideas and contribute independent opinions
Требования:
- 5+ Years of professional software engineering experience with genuine full-stack range
- Ability to own features end-to-end across frontend and backend
- Strong frontend skills, including React, React Native, and TypeScript, plus backend capability and experience designing complex backend systems
- Product mindset, curiosity, and comfort making decisions in a complex product space without a fully defined specification
- Experience building embedded components for platform or infrastructure use cases
- Comfort working across multiple interacting systems in a fast-paced, broad-scope environment with shifting context and sometimes ambiguous work
- Ability to weigh options and trade-offs to solve problems
