Four Seasons Taormina seeks a Spa Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the Spa, Wellness, and Fitness facilities at the San Domenico Palace. You will drive guest experiences, revenue, and the development of a high-performing spa team in a luxury environment.
The role requires leadership in budgeting, scheduling, compliance with health and safety standards, and delivering flawless service in line with Four Seasons standards. Fluency in English and Italian is preferred.
