In this role you will support the origination, structuring, and execution of PPAs and RtM agreements across European electricity markets, helping to commercialize wind, solar, and battery storage. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to develop bankable solutions and contribute to a growing portfolio of renewable projects. This is a collaborative, international environment that values curiosity, quality decisions, and action. You will be exposed to market analysis, negotiations, and continuous process improvement, making an impact on Nadara’s living energy vision.

- Support identification and development of commercial opportunities across Europe
- Participate in international events, fairs, and conferences
- Conduct market analysis on pricing, regulation, competitors, and opportunities
- Assist origination, evaluation, and execution of PPA and RtM transactions
- Support negotiation and drafting of transactions
- Prepare commercial proposals, pricing analyses, and internal materials
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Development, Technical, Risk, Trading, and Back Office to deliver solutions
- Maintain transaction pipelines, market intelligence, and internal reporting
- Contribute to continuous improvement of commercial processes and market knowledge
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, Business, Finance, Energy, or related discipline
- Up to 2 years of experience in renewable energy, power markets, energy trading, consulting, or related role
- Strong interest in renewable energy and European electricity markets
- Basic understanding of PPAs, RtM, energy market fundamentals, and electricity pricing mechanisms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent English; additional languages (Spanish, Italian, Portuguese) advantageous
