Offer Description
The assignment shall comprise study and research activities preparatory to the implementation of Local Public Transport Procurement procedures. For this purpose, the appointed person shall examine in depth the Italian and European legislation governing the planning and preparation of the procedures, with particular focus on its practical application, including in the context of the Brescia area. Particular attention shall be devoted to the principles and rules of Public Procurement Law and to relevant case law and judicial developments. This activity shall also include liaising with consultants and Authorities operating in the sector (Transport Regulatory Authority, Communications Authority, and ANAC). The activities covered by the assignment shall be performed with a commitment to ensuring the appointee’s physical presence at the Brescia Local Public Transport Agency’s Offices for three days per week throughout the entire term of the contract.
The evaluation criteria are established in the call; a master's degree obtained no more than six years ago is required; knowledge of Italian is required.
