In this role you will serve as the operational hub for CMC project teams, guiding day-to-day management of CMC development and tech transfer efforts within the Life Sciences and Healthcare unit. You collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external partners to keep schedules, budgets, and risk under control, while ensuring quality and alignment with regulatory milestones. You will translate technical CMC concepts into actionable project plans and maintain clear, proactive communication with stakeholders. This position offers the chance to influence biopharmaceutical development programs at scale, within a dynamic, client-facing consulting environment.

- Provide tactical support for day-to-day project activities (minutes, action tracking, decisions)
- Contribute to PM deliverables and routine updates (schedule, budget, risk)
- Develop and maintain predecessor-driven project schedules using MS Project, Smartsheet, Planisware, Primavera
- Provide schedule updates, variance analyses, and risk assessments to ensure alignment with strategy and key gates
- Coordinate across functional areas to ensure progress
- Support multi-location teams and management of multiple projects
- Foster teamwork within multidisciplinary teams
- Balance Budget, Quality, Timeline, and Scope as needed
- Support product development meetings and ensure Leaders have necessary information
- Maintain customer service, agility, and clear communication; adhere to quality standards
- At least 2 years in biopharmaceutical industry with minimum 1 year in project management
- BS, MS, or PhD in a scientific or engineering discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical or Biomedical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences)
- Experience with CDMOs to support outsourced development and manufacturing activities
- Ability to engage in technical and scientific discussions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Planisware
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong written/oral communication, presentation, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively; adaptable to ambiguity
