Location: Brindisi, Italy or Valencia, Spain (On-site) or remotely Region Southern and Eastern Europe (CET)

Duration: 6 months, with possibility of extension based on performance

Required Technical Skills

SCOPE OF WORK:

  • Provide M365 tenant global administration and management.
  • Administer the M365 tenant and Entra ID global policies according to governance and best practices.
  • Administer and configure M365 products such as Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, Defender and Purview.
  • Administer and manage the provisioning and life cycle of Entra ID objects, including members, guests, security groups, roles, enterprise applications, mail objects, and M365 license provisioning and deprovisioning.
  • Manage mail routing and message hygiene, anti-malware and anti-spam protection, quarantine and mail relay.
  • Implement, manage and troubleshoot online email archives, archiving and compliance policies, Persistent On Hold and Advanced eDiscovery functionalities, and perform data recovery.
  • Perform advanced message tracking and non-delivery troubleshooting.
  • Manage identity security policies, including Defender for Identity, SSO and MFA, Conditional Access policy configuration and RBAC control.
  • Configure and manage Identity Governance features such as entitlement management, PIM and access reviews.
  • Assist in responding to M365-related queries from end users in remote locations.
  • Participate in the on-call roster (support outside working hours).
  • Provide other ad hoc support as required.

The resource MUST have the following skills and experience:

  • At least four (4) years of experience managing, operating and maintaining a large, multi-site and complex email and identity infrastructure.
  • At least one (1) year of experience working with customers on Cloud and M365-specific solutions and deployments.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Online, MS Defender, Purview and related tools.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Entra ID in a complex environment (Entra Domain Services, B2B/B2C, Identity Protection, Identity Governance, SSO, MFA, application registration, etc.).
  • Very good knowledge of scripting, in particular PowerShell and MS Graph, to automate processes in Entra ID, Exchange Online and other M365 components.
  • Exposure to migration projects from on-premises systems to Microsoft 365 and/or tenant-to-tenant migrations and related integration features.
  • Expert knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is required.

The resource SHOULD have the following skills and experience:

  • Exposure to IT Service Management Systems (ITSM: ISO 20000), the ITIL framework and other industry-standard best practices.
  • Good understanding of management and monitoring tools such as SCOM.
  • Customer-facing experience and oral communication skills
  • Ability to write documentation & reports
  • Ability to grasp complex concepts, with a logical and analytical approach to problem solving
  • Ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team with diverse skills
  • Willingness to improve knowledge and skills and learn new technologies

Teleworking Option: Yes, up to 1 day per week

On-call requirements: One week per month
