In this Team Manager role, you lead store performance and team development to exceed targets. You guide on-floor operations, shaping a service-driven culture and strong client relationships as a Gucci ambassador. You foster a professional, high-performing team and collaborate with Retail, Human Resources, Merchandising, and VM to drive results. This role offers impact in luxury retail, with a focus on client experience, product knowledge, and performance optimization.
Retribuzione / Benefits- Gross annual salary up to 42,000
- Annual target bonus up to 36% of gross salary

- Lead and develop a high-performing shop floor team, providing ongoing coaching and performance conversations
- Recruit, onboard, and manage employee relations in partnership with Store Manager and HR
- Drive superior client experience and clientelling to build long-term relationships with clientele
- Monitor category performance and propose action plans with Merchandising to hit targets
- Collaborate with VM to maintain brand image and category potential
- Provide product knowledge training and market trend awareness to the team
- Ensure policy compliance across the team
- Actively participate in sales floor activities to support performance and customer service
