Join KPMG Studio Associato's M&A Legal team in Milan to support extraordinary corporate transactions. You will conduct legal due diligence, draft acquisition contracts, and assist across negotiation phases, mergers, reorganizations, and related corporate matters. You’ll prepare opinions and perform doctrinal research, contributing to high-stakes deals. Enjoy a collaborative, development-focused environment with international exposure and a clear growth path.

- Legal due diligence activities
- Drafting contracts related to acquisition transactions (company and share deals) and supporting negotiations
- Legal assistance in extraordinary transactions and preparation of corporate documentation (mergers, demergers, contributions, reorganizations)
- Preparation of opinions and notes on corporate and commercial matters
- Doctrinal and case law research activities
- At least 3 years experience in a leading firms or Legal consulting
- Master's degree in Law with grade higher than 105/110
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package
- Excellent interpersonal and team working skills
- Flexibility and dynamism
