Overview

As an Account Manager focused on strategic partnerships, you drive growth and value for CHEP’s customers in a B2B setting. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape account plans that cut costs, boost revenue, and advance sustainability. You will lead negotiations, monitor performance (including NPS), and foster long-term partnerships to enhance supply chains. Responsabilità
  • Manage and develop strategic customer relationships aligned with growth objectives and satisfaction targets
  • Collaborate with commercial leadership to create and implement strategic account plans focused on growth, cost reduction, and sustainability
  • Lead contract negotiations and commercial tenders to secure favorable terms
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers to ensure audit plan compliance and maintain asset management records
  • Monitor account performance metrics (including NPS) and develop action plans for improvement
  • Build networks within customers’ organizations to drive strategic supply chain initiatives
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Drive revenue retention and expansion through long-term partnerships and tailored solutions
Requisiti fondamentali
  • B2B sales/account management experience
  • Experience in food/food processing/packaging/supply chain
  • Track record of growing customer relationships and delivering commercial results
  • Ability to influence stakeholders across cross-functional/matrix organizations
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and solution-selling skills
  • CRM experience (Salesforce or similar)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Italian and English proficiency (essential); additional European language desirable
