KERING EYEWEAR Finance PMO Director

In this role, you will steer finance-focused PMO activities, collaborating with the CFO to drive cross-region projects and harmonize processes. You’ll lead project lifecycles within the Finance function, ensuring timely delivery and integration of inputs from multiple departments. You will promote the One Company vision and support global finance transformation with robust processes and change management. You’ll partner with regional teams to align strategy, encourage open dialogue, and enable scalable growth through process excellence.

• Coordinate finance-led projects in collaboration with the CFO across regions and functions
• Lead all project phases for Finance, ensuring timelines and data integration across departments
• Propose and implement harmonized processes to support the global footprint of Finance
• Ensure Finance Transition projects are robust and aligned with finance standards
• Advocate the One Company vision and support related activities
• Collaborate with regional/local finance teams for consistent strategy deployment
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to identify growth opportunities and resolve system/process challenges
• Oversee training and change management initiatives to enable successful transitions
• Ensure new processes and tech solutions meet integration requirements
• Contribute to team success and achievement of objectives

• At least 7 years of experience in similar roles in international and structured organizations
• Degree in Economics
• Knowledge of SAP
• Strong leadership and proactive attitude
• Results-driven
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and team management skills
• Ability to delegate and motivate the team
• Full proficiency in English
