A key role in the analysis, structuring and implementation of financing/investment operations in industrial companies with varying degrees of financial stress.

Job Description

You will enter the Turnaround & Special Situations Finance Area of the Bank's Corporate Banking Division and will be responsible for the analysis of the business plans prepared by the target companies and their advisors, including the evaluation of the industrial structure and the main operational hypotheses. Furthermore, you will be involved in the analysis and definition of the appropriate financial structure to support the execution of the business plan, including any needs for new finance (and related technical forms). Together with the team, you will have a role in defining the structure of the illimity intervention and execution of the operation in all its phases, in the post-closing monitoring and management of the investment up to the exit and in the Due Diligence and pricing of subject positions of potential investment within Unlikely To Pay portfolios. Finally, you will prepare integrated financial models (SP, CE, CF) to support investment analyzes and decisions and prepare presentation documents of potential operations to be submitted to illimity's decision-making bodies, all using your ability to interact at an appropriate level with the internal and external interlocutors involved in the process.requirements: Degree in Economics or Management Engineering", "Maximum 3 years of experience in banking institutions, investment banks and/or financial or strategic consultancy companies", "Ability to critically analyze and understand company accounting and management documentation", "Solid knowledge of the basic principles of Corporate Finance (financial modeling, business planning, valuation, financial mathematics)", "Knowledge of the economic, financial, accounting and tax aspects of extraordinary finance operations", "Excellent communication and organizational skills", "Attention to the quality of the output produced and compliance with deadlines", "Fluent English", "Preferable knowledge of legal concepts (financial contracts) and restructuring processes ( familiarity with the main instruments of the Bankruptcy Law and/or Business Crisis and Insolvency Code)
