Responsabilità Principali

  • Pianificazione, organizzazione e supervisione di tutti gli aspetti logistici e operativi dei servizi turistici offerti, inclusi trasferimenti, escursioni, esperienze di lusso e servizi VIP.
  • Selezione, negoziazione e gestione delle relazioni con fornitori di servizi di alta qualità (es. hotel di lusso, ristoranti stellati, servizi di trasporto privato, guide esclusive).
  • Collaborazione con il team commerciale e i travel designer per sviluppare itinerari personalizzati e rispondere alle specifiche richieste dei clienti più esigenti.
  • Effettuare periodicamente site inspections per valutare e verificare la qualità delle location, dei servizi e dei fornitori, garantendo che siano all'altezza delle aspettative dei clienti e rispettino gli standard della DMC.
  • Monitorare l'andamento generale per assicurare che l'esperienza del cliente sia impeccabile, gestendo eventuali imprevisti e assicurando un supporto immediato e personalizzato.
  • Rimanere aggiornati sulle nuove tendenze di viaggio nel segmento lusso e sviluppare soluzioni innovative e originali per arricchire l'offerta della DMC.

Requisiti

  • Minimo 2 anni esperienza in un ruolo operativo presso una DMC, tour operator o agenzia di viaggi di lusso, preferibilmente nel segmento incoming.
  • Approfondita conoscenza delle esigenze e aspettative dei clienti di fascia alta e delle dinamiche di servizi turistici luxury.
  • Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese, la conoscenza di una terza lingua sarà considerata un plus.
  • Eccellenti doti comunicative e di problem solving, con capacità di creare rapporti duraturi con clienti e partner.
  • Eccellente capacità di organizzazione, gestione del tempo e attenzione al dettaglio, con un forte orientamento alla qualità.
  • Familiarità con software di gestione turistica e CRM; ottima padronanza di strumenti come Excel e piattaforme di prenotazione online.
  • Forte passione per la creazione di esperienze uniche e per la cura del dettaglio.
