Infront is all about sports. Active in more than 25 sports, we cover all aspects of a successful sporting event from the distribution of media rights, sponsorship, media production, event operations through to digital solutions. We are looking for a Senior Manager Digital Content (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Job Requirements

Duties & Resposabilities

Leads the full digital content production and drives the Project Managers (PM) to the creation innovative and bespoke content for the customers. Has a constant knowledge of the market offer and the research of new technical solutions to upgrade the Infront offers to its partners. Be part of the discussion with customers and receive the first brief about the definition of the Content Plan Define the feasibility of the project working on the analysis of the costs and the resources involved Design the big picture of the project, understanding the needs and how to get it feasible with the budget at disposal Leading the team of Project manager to follow the same production pattern for each project ad keeping the same quality level and same production style for all of them Define a shared vision of the quality of the content and a shared route of how run the project

Qualifications

5-8 years of experience in a similar function or related field first degree (undergraduate) or an advanced vocational qualification

Technical Skills

Background in the content production (videomaking, post-production) Understanding the efforts and resource needed in for the production of a content Proved leadership A strong knowledge of the visual communication environment Big interest on social media and new technologies Good relationship skills Team spirit Strong ability to manage last minutes requests Fast thinking: ability on problem solving

Languages

Italian (native) English (Advanced) another language is a plus
