Data Operations Analyst

Manpower is currently recruiting for a Data Operations Analyst position with a multinational pharmaceutical company.

The responsibilities include:
  • Facilitate and enforce the partner’s teams to perform data, impact and root cause analysis of the data quality issues;
  • Partner with the Data and Analytics teams to deliver high data quality solutions to International business;
  • Translates data gathered from user discussions into data requirements. Identifies business/system needs and recommends solutions. Assists with the testing and develops preliminary findings.
  • Support analysis over the data flows monitoring activities and generates KPIs measurements;
  • Implement Data Operations Communication Plans leveraging available tools and platforms
  • Update the overall End to end diagrams related to the main data flows keeping in contact with the Development and Support teams.

Requirements:
  • Degree in statistics, mathematics, engineering, or related field preferred;
  • +1 Years of experience in data analysis and/or data operations
  • Experience working with solutions like: Business analytics tools, SQL tools or Salesforce Marketing Cloud;
  • Excellent oral and written English skills (the work will be conducted entirely in English)
  • Ability to work remotely and travel to Rome approximately once every two months.
