Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).

Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.


Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is seeking an IT Application Digital Marketing Specialist to join our IT Application team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies with a focus on CRM and processes related to lead generation, retention, and conversion (upsell and cross-sell). This role will be key in managing marketing-related IT applications and working with internal teams to maximize the performance of our digital ecosystem.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the company’s CRM system to enhance lead generation, customer retention, and conversion processes (upsell and cross-sell).
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to develop and monitor multichannel campaigns (email, social media, mobile, web) aimed at increasing engagement and improving the customer journey.
  • Develop and implement dashboards and reports to monitor campaign performance, analyze customer behavior, and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with IT development teams to ensure the proper integration and functioning of marketing applications, CRM, and other digital technologies.
  • Monitor and manage marketing automation campaigns (e.g., lead nurturing, marketing automation).
  • Analyze data from digital channels and the CRM to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR) in all CRM and digital marketing activities.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Digital Marketing or IT Digital Application.
  • Strong experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics) and marketing automation tools.
  • Advanced skills in data analysis and experience using reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Solid understanding of lead generation, retention, and conversion processes (upsell and cross-sell).
  • Proven ability to manage digital and cross-functional projects.
  • Knowledge of GDPR regulations and best practices for data management.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
