MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Handle the investment process, including reservations, agreements preparation, and investor’s onboarding. Prepare the KYC and AML file for the Compliance Officer Update and maintain investors database and prepare table of holdings. Respond and/or act on each query or request of potential or existing investors on time. Communicate with Finance, Legal and Underwriting Team Address main issues that may arise to the managers and provide suggestions for solutions. Prepare all investor’s correspondence for monthly quarterly and yearly statements. Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly investment reports for management. Ensure that investors are informed on time in all cases relating to redemptions and extensions of their investments. Provide existing investors with relevant information on the products and services offered by the company. Meet all deadlines and deliver satisfactory quality service. Any other ad hoc task as directed by the management. CANDIDATE PROFILE Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Communications, Business Administration, Economics, or any other related field. 2+ years previous experience in an Investor Relations team or Corporate Services Department Ability to network and liaise with a wide variety of groups within the organization.
