Il nostro team è alla ricerca di una risorsa da assumere con il ruolo di Business Analysis Professional nell’area di Trade & Consumer Analysis and Planning, che supporterà il team nella progettazione, gestione e automazione di soluzioni analitiche di diversa complessità per l’estrazione di insight data-driven utili al business.

Attività principali:

La risorsa si concentrerà sull’analisi dei dati raccolti dai siti online e dai touch point digitali ed in particolare si occuperà di:

  • monitorare l’evoluzione della customer base in termini di acquisition, churn, retention;
  • sviluppare report e analisi quantitative atte ad analizzare le performance e generare insight sui comportamenti dei giocatori;
  • produrre insight a sostegno delle azioni strategiche del business; 

La risorsa dovrà lavorare in sinergia con altri stakeholder per condividere quanto appreso, sviluppare KPI rilevanti e costruire efficienti relazioni di lavoro.

Requisiti:
  • Esperienza in attività operative di elaborazione di basi dati complesse per l’estrazione e l’analisi quantitativa di grandi moli di dati al fine di produrre report e insight di supporto al business
  • Spiccate capacità analitico-matematiche 
  • Esperienza nella sintesi e la rappresentazione efficace dei dati e degli insight 
  • Proattività e attitudine al problem solving
  • Ottime doti relazionali: capacità di interfacciarsi e collaborare con altre aree aziendali
  • Efficace organizzazione del proprio lavoro, unitamente ad un approccio costruttivo al lavoro di team 
  • Mind-set flessibile in grado di adattarsi al meglio ad ogni situazione
  • Conoscenza dei principi fondamentali dei database relazionali e conoscenza di piattaforme di data management e delle tecniche di Machine Learning
  • Eccellente padronanza del pacchetto Office, in particolare conoscenza Excel a livello avanzato e Power Point
  • Buona conoscenza del tool di analisi SAS; preferibilmente dell’applicativo Enterprise Guide
  • Buona capacità di utilizzo professionale della lingua inglese 
  • Costituirà titolo preferenziale la conoscenza del dominio Lotterie / Gaming
Esperienza professionale/Seniority:

La risorsa deve avere maturato almeno 3 anni di esperienza in un ruolo similare. 

Titolo di Studi:


Laurea specialistica (o vecchio ordinamento) in Statistica, Matematica, Economia, Ingegneria, Informatica
