Per i nostri uffici Corporate, con base Milano, siamo alla ricerca di un/una  Technical Safety Manager.

Principali Attività/Responsabilità

Collaborazione con le funzioni aziendali Engineering, Operations, Plant & Equipment e Supply Chain nella definizione di standard operativi e azioni di indirizzo/assistenza nella definizione dei metodi di lavoro che garantiscano i più elevati standard di tutela della salute e sicurezza dei lavoratori, anche considerando le più recenti evoluzioni della tecnologia. Definizione dei requisiti e dei metodi HS da applicare nelle fasi di progettazione delle opere e nell’identificazione di impianti e macchinari, verificandone l’implementazione nelle Unità Operative in coordinamento con le funzioni aziendali interessate. Identificazione dei requisiti minimi di salute e sicurezza da rispettare durante l'esecuzione delle opere e relativa descrizione in dedicati piani, procedure ed istruzioni, in coerenza con il sistema di gestione aziendale. Partecipazione e supporto specialistico in progetti di innovazione tecnologica, aventi l’obiettivo di incrementare le condizioni di sicurezza. Diffusione e condivisione dei tools individuati, assicurandone l’implementazione in tutte le Unità Operative del Gruppo, in collaborazione con i coordinatori QHSE delle varie aree geografiche, nel rispetto delle normative di riferimento, degli standard e delle politiche definite. Verifica della implementazione delle misure di prevenzione e protezione dei lavoratori attraverso la pianificazione e l’esecuzione di audit, in collaborazione con i coordinatori QHSE delle varie aree geografiche, al fine di assicurarne l’adeguatezza e l’effettiva implementazione. Identificazione di azioni di miglioramento continuo del sistema di gestione HS anche attraverso studi ed analisi di benchmark, best practice ed innovazioni tecnologiche, con la finalità di promuoverne l’adozione, formalizzando e capitalizzando il know-how acquisito, in collaborazione con le funzioni aziendali preposte Supporto specialistico in ambito salute e sicurezza alla fase di Prequalifica e Bidding, in collaborazione con i coordinatori QHSE delle varie aree geografiche, fornendo assistenza per un’efficace individuazione dei metodi di lavoro e delle misure di prevenzione e protezione da proporre. Partecipazione ad eventi di settore, sviluppo e gestione dei rapporti con le associazioni di categoria, ai fini di aggiornamento e approfondimento sulle best practice e sui più elevati standard di tutela e protezione della salute e della sicurezza dei lavoratori, coerentemente con le normative di riferimento, i valori e le politiche definite. Supporto nell’identificazione di programmi formativi e di iniziative di comunicazione in ambito di Salute e Sicurezza da implementare presso le Unità Operative. Supporto tecnico/specialistico per le tematiche di competenza, promuovendone l’integrazione nel Sistema di Gestione Integrato QHSE.

Competenze Tecniche/Specialistiche e Soft Skills richieste

Laurea in discipline tecniche (nice to have Ingegneria)  + 10 anni di esperienza minima nel settore Costruzioni/impiantistica  con ruoli di responsabilità in materia di sicurezza (RSPP, CSP, CSE, HSE Manager) Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese (scritto e orale)  Ottima conoscenza della legislazione italiana in materia di sicurezza e nozioni di coordinamento sulle attività subappaltatori (D.Lgs. 81/08) Ottima conoscenza della legislazione internazionale (international NEBOSH) Ottima conoscenza delle tecniche di Risk Assessment occupazionale ed ingegneristico (technical safety) Ottima conoscenza della Direttiva Macchine Ottima conoscenza delle norme ISO 45001 e ISO 19011, delle tecniche di Audit di sistema e di progetto e certificazione di frequenza del corso di 40 ore per auditor/lead auditor sui sistemi di gestione salute e sicurezza Conoscenza di tecniche statistiche e processi di reporting Modelli ex D. Lgs 231/01 Ottima conoscenza dei principali pacchetti informatici Ottime capacità di analisi e sintesi Completano il profilo una spiccata attitudine ai rapporti interpersonali ed al lavoro di gruppo, orientamento al risultato e flessibilità.
