Italy Solutions is searching for a Junior Planner, reporting directly to Cost Control & Planning Department Head to join our team based in Rome, Italy.

About the Job

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivate person to be booted into the following activities, in collaboration with the Project Manager (PM):

- Create work schedules planning the different project phases: engineering, procurement and construction;

- Prepare and manage both physical and economic progress measurement systems for the different project phases;

- Collaborate with the PM in monitoring the progress of the schedule and update it on a monthly or weekly basis as required;

- Support the project team in preparing weekly and monthly reports on the physical and economic progress of the project;

- Support the project cost control in the economic management of the order.

Short business trips may be required.

About You

We’d love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:

Experience: 1/2 years of experience

Qualifications: Engineering Master Degree with full marks

Languages: Fluent English

Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Project, accounting fundamentals.

Main Skill:

Excellent teamworking skills Enthusiasm and proactivity Results orientation and flexibility in work, respecting deadlines Able to work high pressure situations and time constraints Critical analytical thinking

Preferential Requirements: 

knowledge of Primavera, ORACLE
