Situato nella iconica Piazzetta nel cuore di Portofino, Belmond Splendido Mare riapre le porte ai nostri ospiti ad Aprile 2021, a seguito di una ristrutturazione totale.

Meta del jet-set mondiale e ricco di personalità, il nostro Hotel rappresenta perfettamente lo spirito del borgo e riflette la vista caleidoscopica di Portofino. I nostri ospiti possono scegliere tra 14 camere e suites completamente reimmaginate nello stile, oltre ad avere accesso al nostro esclusivo ristorante comprensivo di una elegante sala interna e una terrazza al fresco nel centro della vita portofinese.

Hotel Splendido Mare è alla ricerca di un/una Cameriere/a ai piani, che entri a fare parte del nostro Team e che possa offrire altissimi livelli di servizio ai nostri ospiti, in un'atmosfera accogliente e nel rispetto della loro privacy.

Il/La candidato/a ideale è disposto a raggiungere obiettivi individuali e di squadra attraverso la passione e l'impegno.

Riporta a Housekeeping Supervisor.

Main duties & responsabilities:

  • Responsabile del decoro e pulizia della struttura nel rispetto delle politiche aziendali, degli standard e delle procedure;
  • Si occupa della pulizia e riassetto delle camere nei tempi stabiliti rispettando il metodo e standard LQA;
  • Responsabile del buon mantenimento degli office di servizio del reparto piani e del loro rifornimento di dotazioni (biancheria, amenity bagno, utensili pulizia, detersivi, ecc.).
  • Responsabile del prendersi cura dei beni personali degli ospiti all'interno del loro ambiente;
  • Responsabile del prendersi cura dei beni aziendali;
  • Mantenere rapporti professionali con clienti, anticipando le loro esigenze, con il proprio Responsabile ed i Colleghi.

Requirements

  • Italiano fluente. Livello d’inglese base;
  • Passione per il servizio e ambizione per crescere professionalmente;
  • Buone doti comunicative e capacità di lavorare in squadra, condividendo informazioni e abilità.
  • Capacità di fornire elevati standard di servizio costanti nel tempo, anticipando le aspettative dei nostri ospiti e colleghi. Sa riconoscere quali sono le priorità e prendersi le responsabilità dei propri compiti

  • Contratto stagionale C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Livello dal 6s al 5, qualifica di Room Attendant.
  • Inizio contratto: Aprile/Maggio 2024 - Fine contratto: Ottobre 2024, con l’obiettivo di una collaborazione continuativa per le prossime stagioni presso l’Hotel Splendido Mare, con un percorso di crescita.
  • Retribuzione da CCNL con maggiorazione definita in base a esperienza e capacità. Ratei di 13° e 14° mensilità + TFR in busta paga separata.
  • Piano Welfare basato su obiettivi qualitativi + bonus di benvenuto.
  • Staff House con servizio breakfast.
  • Abbonamento mezzi pubblici AMT; mensa aziendale.
