Per il nostro team di presidio su un cliente della città di Genova, cerchiamo una risorsa da inserire nel team, in affiancamento dei colleghi più senior. L'inserimento in stage è finalizzato all'apprendimento e al supporto del team nelle attività di configurazione dei software di laboratorio analisi.

Le attività su cui si potranno affiancare i colleghi sono le seguenti:

assistenza presso il cliente o da remoto e comunicazione verso il Customer Service di II° livello di Dedalus  monitoraggio del funzionamento delle procedure informatiche installate presso il cliente  configurazione dei sistemi in relazione alle richieste del cliente e alle specifiche di produzione  formazione del personale del cliente  svolgimento di test funzionali  partecipazione alle attività di help desk di I° livello (tracciatura ticket, recupero di log applicativi, analisi preliminare dell’incident tramite domande e checklist etc.) documentazione e tracciamento delle attività svolte dai presidi On Site 

Requisiti:

Il/la candidato/a ideale è iscritto/a o ha concluso da poco una laurea triennale o magistrale in discipline scientifico-tecnologiche (preferibilmenteIngegneria Informatica / Biomedica, Scienze Biologiche e Biotecnologie, Tecniche di laboratorio Biomedico o affini).

La persona individuata possiede inoltre conoscenze informatiche di base (Pacchetto Office, Windows).

Completano il profilo una buona propensione al rapporto con la clientela, una forte attitudine al problem solving, un'interesse all'apprendimento di nuove tecnologie, un orientamento analitico e una predisposizione al lavoro di squadra.

E' gradita la conoscenza di base del linguaggio SQL e dei database relazionali.

Altre informazioni:

Le attività verranno svolte con modalità in presenza, sulla sede di un cliente nella città di Genova.

Lo stage avrà una durata di 6 mesi, lo stage prevede il riconoscimento di un rimborso spese mensile e di buoni pasto.
