As a Field Quality Engineer, you’ll be responsible for ensuring customer satisfactionby quickly responding to customer needs and request, providing aligned solution within organization to and making sure that sustainable, corrective action are in place.

What you’ll do:

Properly respond to the customer complaints.Conduct technical analysis of field returns.Drive Continuous improvement within the process.Works independently and provides consultative advice within specific functional areas.

Your qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, in electrical engineering or related field (Master’s Degree preferred) Experienced in engineering, quality, or customer service.Knowledge of light sources, electronics circuit and its application will be advantagesHands on with good technical analyzing skills and structured way of workingCustomer oriented approachGood communication skillsFluent in English
