E80 Group  è specializzato nella realizzazione di  soluzioni logistiche automatizzate ed integrate  per imprese produttrici di beni di largo consumo nei settori del beverage, food, tissue ed in ambiti diversificati. Grazie all’utilizzo di tecnologie innovative e attraverso l’analisi dei processi logistici dei propri clienti, l'azienda ha anticipato il concetto di  Industry 4.0 : la fabbrica intelligente, sostenibile ed interconnessa.

Le soluzioni tailor-made  progettate permettono infatti di gestire le attività della supply chain assicurando un significativo aumento dell’efficienza di fabbrica e la totale tracciabilità dei prodotti movimentati.

I principali sistemi  realizzati sono: robot di palettizzazione, una vasta gamma di veicoli a guida laser (LGV/AGV), fasciatori robotizzati ad alta velocità (SILKWORM), sistemi di controllo palette, etichettatrici robotizzate, soluzioni di depallettizzazione a strato e repacking e magazzini automatici ad alta densità (SMART STORE E CRANE STORE). Tutto il flusso logistico è gestito centralmente da un’unica  piattaforma software SM.I.LE80  (Smart Integrated Logistics): il “direttore d’orchestra” che assicura l'efficiente integrazione dei sistemi, garantendo la conduzione ottimale di tutte le operazioni, dall’ingresso delle materie prime allo stoccaggio, fino alle spedizioni.

Ad oggi, E80 Group ha realizzato circa  350 fabbriche integrate  in diverse parti del mondo, installando oltre  2.500 sistemi robotizzati ,  più di 6.500 veicoli automatici a guida laser  e , a partire dal 2016,  40 magazzini automatici ad alta densità.

Il Gruppo è cresciuto puntando su alcuni asset fondamentali: valorizzazione delle persone e del territorio, investimenti in ricerca, sviluppo e innovazione oltre ad una proattiva adattabilità alle esigenze di mercato.

Position

L’ Electrical Designer  sarà inserito nel reparto Automation che in E80 Group è il riferimento per le funzioni Sales, Project Management, Site Management, Hardware Engineering e Customer Service per tutte le tematiche legate all’automazione di Isole robotizzate, magazzini ad alta densità, gruppi trasporti colli e pallet e alla progettazione elettrica di tutte le macchine prodotte da E80.

La figura si occupa della progettazione elettricadelle macchine a commessa, sia per quanto riguarda la definizione e configurazione delle soluzioni standard sia relativamente alla progettazione delle soluzioni customizzate. È quindi il riferimento per le altre funzioni aziendali a monte e a valle del processo di progettazione hardware (reparto commerciale, ufficio acquisti, reparti produttivi, field engineering, Customer Service) per ogni problematica, studio, verifica e analisi di componenti e gruppi elettrici.

Responsibilities :

Stesura dello schema elettrico e compilazione della distinta base Verifiche/calcoli necessari per dimensionamento / scelta dei componenti elettrici (attuatori elettrici, sensori, organi di comando, pulsantiere etc.,) e dei cavi elettrici di collegamento Realizzazione layout elettrico

Requirements:

Perito elettrico/elettrotecnico/elettronico oppure un laureato in ingegneria elettronica/automazione Autonomia nell’utilizzo di CAD elettrici (preferibilmente EPLAN) Conoscenza base della lingua inglese Buone capacità relazionali Capacità di team working
