Your responsibility:
Reporting directly to the Engineering Group Leader you contribute to define project management processes, standards and best practice across the product and solution delivery pipeline. You ensure each project is delivered according to those standards, in an agile fashion, educating the organization and increasing its organizational maturity in project management practices to meet tiko’s business challenges.
You contribute to tiko’s growth plans requiring to scale up quickly, maturing in the reliability of our project delivery without losing our agility or our highly collaborative culture. Hands-on, you collaborate with product managers and business owners on many short projects, including scoping, planning, monitoring, and reporting. You oversee the overall portfolio of projects and organize products increment meetings to align different stakeholders on priorities. You take care of the whole project life-cycle, starting from requirements, paying attention to the details of implementation and defining and collecting metrics.
Your profile:
Experienced (5 years+) Project Manager with particular expertise, and proven success track record in delivering a portfolio of complex software and hardware solutions First-hand successful experience managing complex projects with Jira Demonstrable experience of best practice in project management Organized, structured and rigorous, you display strong analytical thinking, attention to details and systematic problem-solving skills Significant experience of working in and influencing both structured and fast growth agile and dynamic organizations Experience of and preference for working on several inter-disciplinary topics and finding new solutions to address challenging requirements Self-reliant team player, who works well in distributed organizations Data driven and persuasive, an effective communicator at all levels Eagerness to document your work and good at sharing essential information. Certification in agile project management best practice an advantage Experience in the energy sector a plus English fluency is mandatory Valid working permit in Switzerland or EU nationality____________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Le tue responsabilità:
Alle dirette dipendenze dell’Engineering Group Leader, sei responsabile della definizione e della supervisione dei processi di project management, degli standard e delle best practice nell’ambito della pipeline di delivery di prodotti e soluzioni. Assicuri che ogni progetto venga consegnato secondo i processi di best practice definiti, in modo agile, evolvendo tali standard per rispondere alle sfide aziendali di tiko.
Contribuisci ai piani di crescita di tiko che richiedono di scalare rapidamente, maturando l’affidabilità della consegna dei progetti senza perdere la nostra agilità o la nostra cultura altamente collaborativa. Collabori con i product manager e i business owner su molti progetti di breve durata, tra cui lo scoping, la pianificazione, il monitoraggio e il reporting. Supervisioni l’intero portafoglio di progetti e cerchi di allineare le diverse parti interessate sulle priorità. Ti occupi dell’intero ciclo di vita del progetto, partendo dai requisiti, prestando attenzione ai dettagli dell’implementazione e definendo e raccogliendo metriche.
Il tuo profilo:
Project Manager con esperienza (5 anni o più), con particolare competenza e comprovata esperienza di successo nella realizzazione di soluzioni software e hardware complesse Esperienza diretta e di successo nella gestione di progetti complessi con Jira Esperienza dimostrabile di best practice nella gestione dei progetti Lavori in modo organizzato, strutturato e rigoroso, con una forte capacità di pensiero analitico e di risoluzione sistematica dei problemi Significativa esperienza di lavoro e di influenza in organizzazioni agili e dinamiche, sia strutturate che in rapida crescita Esperienza e preferenza per il lavoro su diversi argomenti interdisciplinari e per la ricerca di nuove soluzioni per soddisfare le nostre esigenze più complesse Team player che lavora in autonomia e con agio in organizzazioni distribuite Orientamento ai dati; capacità di persuasione e comunicazione efficace a tutti i livelli Desiderio di documentare il proprio lavoro e condividere le informazioni essenziali Una certificazione in agile project management costituisce un vantaggio L’esperienza nel settore energetico è un plus La conoscenza dell’inglese a livello lavorativo è essenziale Permesso di lavoro valido in Italia oppure nazionalità dell’Unione EuropeaOffriamo un contratto di lavoro a tempo indeterminato livello quadro, con uno stipendio base e un bonus target annuale del 10% della RAL in base ai risultati aziendali e personali. Sono anche inclusi l’utilizzo privato del telefono cellulare aziendale e il rimborso dell’abbonamento annuale ai mezzi di trasporto urbani a Milano.
