Ricerchiamo un Senior Agent Maintenance con esperienza pregressa nel mondo dell'autonoleggio/automotive.

Mansioni:

1. Gestione autonoma delle vetture in assistenza 

2. Gestione dei rapporti con i fornitori interni (Branch) ed esterni (Officine) 

3. Verifica e gestione costi di manutenzione 

4. Valutazione dei preventivi emessi dalle officine, in base ai danni individuati, e negoziazione 

5. Riduzione dei costi di manutenzione, mantenendo sempre la qualità della flotta 

6. Predisposizione e realizzazione della reportistica 


Qualifiche

Requisiti richiesti: 

Esperienza pregressa di almeno 2 anni nella gestione di flotte auto, soprattutto nell’attività di valutazione dei danni 

Ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel 

Attenzione al dettaglio anche nel lavoro sotto stress 

Ottime capacità organizzative e di orientamento al risultato 

Flessibilità  

Autonomia decisionale 

Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese

I team del nostro Centro di riparazione e del reparto Gestione danni sono responsabili della determinazione dell'origine del danno, della valutazione del danno e dei relativi costi per la riparazione, della programmazione dell'officina e della rimessa in circolazione della flotta. Per poter includere tutti i fattori decisionali per il chiarimento dei fatti, i nostri colleghi costituiscono l'interfaccia con le filiali SIXT, i clienti, le autorità e le compagnie assicurative.
