What the Job Involves...

  • Coordinate with the regional Sr. Director on communications with various contractors and vendors in order to manage the day-to-day activities of a construction project.
  • Organize Project Plans to include, budget, scheduling, timeline, etc Assists with RFPs to Contractors.
  • Organize and control the project documentation from initial RFP to Closeout to insure uniformity and adherence to company standards.
  • Manage financial aspects of contracts to protect the company’s interest and simultaneously maintain good relationship with the client
  • Represent the company in project meetings
  • Act as key Liaison with managers of all company departments.

We're Looking for Someone Who...

  • 10+ years experience managing construction projects as an owner representative or working for a general contractor.
  • Exceptional organization skills
  • Client Facing /Client relationship / Client Management skills.
  • Must be familiar with the design process of building systems for data center and mission critical projects.
  • Effective Communicator – emails, phone and face to face.
