How you will create an impact:
  • New experienced hires will be involved in all phases of project work once they are up to speed on our way of working. On a project, you are involved from day one with the client: from first contact until the final presentation of our recommendations, and eventually in some cases involvement in implementation. Your ideas will form part of our approach
  • You will be managing a project team and handling client relationships under the guidance of Partners and/or Senior Directors
  • Youwould also be involved in business development activities by creating contentand assisting in client acquisition and retention to help grow the FS practice
  • Be an integral part in contributing to a collaborative and inclusive environment that fosters belonging for all
Your profile:
  • 6+years of relevant consulting experience in Banking. Insurance and Payments area plus
  • 2+years of leading and managing teams and senior stakeholder relationships in theabove
  • Experience in managing projects with successful results and motivation to build high performing teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Outstandingcommunication skills, able to take complex ideas and make them simple and compelling.
  • Entrepreneurial, curious and with a great drive
  • A strong desire to work in a fast paced commercially agile environment
  • Strong interest and experience in commercially focused growth topics
