Production Engineer

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

As a member of the international Eurotech team, you will work within the Product Engineering team and you will interact with a variety of other teams, such as RMA, Planning, Purchasing and Quality.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Production Engineer, you will deal with the introduction of state-of-the-art technology in series production, and you will work on maintaining and improving existing production lines. You will be in charge of creating and maintaining work instructions and procedures.

You will receive projects from the Engineering team, and you will organize all the relevant phases to produce the product (from Project to Product through industrial processes).

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Production Engineer, after an initial training phase, you are expected to:

Assess existing production processes and workflows to identify areas that could benefit from modifications and improvements; Apply practical knowledge of product design and assembly to the production process; Create work instructions, processes and procedures that support the company achieve budget and performance targets; Ensure the utmost confidentiality and security of the sensitive data processed. Collaborate closely with the product development team to understand product specifications and requirements. Communicate with various departments, including procurement, manufacturing, quality assurance, and logistics, to ensure readiness for the product launch. Implement best practices in operations to streamline processes and reduce time-to-market. Oversee the ramp-up of production, ensuring that manufacturing capabilities meet the demand forecast.

WHO YOU ARE

High school diploma or qualification in technical field; Ability to read and understand technical documentation such as wiring diagrams, block diagrams, mechanical drawings, etc; Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills; Lean Production knowledge and experience in processes optimization; Working knowledge of an ERP; Attention to detail and precision; Fluent in English; Working knowledge of a 2D/3D CAD tool.
