Lead Project Engineer - PM Team - Divisione Navi Militari

Italy - Genova

Job Description

Il Project Management Team della Divisione Navi Militari ha il compito di gestire, attraverso figure professionali specifiche, lo sviluppo della commessa dalla fase di offerta fino alla consegna al Cliente.

All’interno del PM Team, il Lead Project Engineer si occupa di monitorare lo sviluppo progettuale in tutte le sue fasi, assicurandosi che esso risponda alle specifiche contrattuali accordate con il Cliente e, ove necessario, identificando e proponendo interventi correttivi.

In supporto al Project Manager, opera come interfaccia tecnica verso l’Armatore, ne valuta le eventuali richieste aggiuntive ed organizza incontri tecnici periodici per assicurare un fluido processo di progettazione e di sviluppo commessa.

Attività e Responsabilità

Nel ruolo, la risorsa avrà in carico le seguenti responsabilità:

Gestire i Piani Generali, assicurando il rispetto della configurazione nave; Impostare, di concerto con il Planner, il Programma di Ingegneria, monitorando l’avanzamento, individuando eventuali criticità del processo di progettazione, proponendo e attuando in coordinamento con il Project Manager azioni di recupero; Presiedere, in coordinamento con il Project Manager, la risoluzione degli scostamenti e delle criticità dei piani di dettaglio, dando indicazioni alle Funzioni preposte per i tempi di risoluzione; Monitorare i processi di approvazione dei disegni da parte della Società Armatrice e dei Registri, analizzare gli scostamenti, individuare ed assegnare priorità ai commenti che hanno impatto significativo e intervenire in caso di ritardi Organizzare gli incontri tecnici periodici con l’Armatore per risolvere i conflitti e accelerare le approvazioni (definisce agenda, convoca le Funzioni e Unità necessarie, presidia le azioni); Assistere il Cantiere Integrato Navale Militare nella gestione di defects e remarks (design issues funzionali o remarks/defects rilevanti contrattualmente); Supportare il Planner nella pianificazione dei FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) e controllare che i remarks siano definiti, assegnati e pianificati e che i piani siano rispettati; Raccogliere ed integrare nel Piano dei Rischi le valutazioni dei rischi tecnici di commessa in collaborazione con l’Unità tecnica (es., performance non raggiungibili, nuove tecnologie), definire insieme al PM Team e alle altre Unità Organizzative competenti le azioni mitigatrici monitorandone l’avanzamento.

Requisiti

Laurea in Ingegneria Navale o Meccanica; Esperienza lavorativa pregressa di almeno 2 anni, maturata in ruoli analoghi, preferibilmente in aziende operanti per commessa e del settore navale; Conoscenza dei sistemi navali, degli impianti e dei macchinari, nonché della relativa documentazione tecnica; Ottimo livello di conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata; Capacità di utilizzo di Excel e buon livello di conoscenza di SAP.

Sono ritenute fondamentali caratteristiche personali quali capacità relazionali e negoziali per la gestione dei rapporti interni ed esterni all'Organizzazione, flessibilità e orientamento al team-working.

Completano il profilo l’attitudine al problem-solving, la sensibilità economica e organizzativa e l’orientamento al risultato.

È richiesta inoltre la disponibilità ad effettuare trasferte in Italia e all’estero.
