Join us as a Product Manager

What you will be doing
You’ll be part of a Feature Team of the Product division. On one side you’ll work closely with your Tech, UX, and BI team members focusing on specific projects or products that can either be for internal use or our end users.  On the other side, you’ll liaise with all business stakeholders in collecting/defining their needs.

Examples of the activities you’ll perform are:

  • Analyze product usage in order to optimize all the features.
  • Monitor users' feedback in order to evaluate new features that might be required.
  • Being an evangelist within the company on how internal requests should be raised and written.
  • Ensure request requirements are fully including writing the user stories for the tech team.
  • Help your team anticipate and remove blockers that might negatively affect the process developments.
  • Work closely with the Quality Assurance team on application/systems improvements and bug fixings.
  • Define testing criteria for product acceptance.

You have:

  • 2+ years of working experience specifically as Product Manager or Product Owner.
  • Ability to work well with internal teams, including marketing, engineers, business developers, quality assurance, and operations.
  • Enough Tech background to be able to work with the engineers and understand them.
  • Ability to assess emerging products and services measuring their potential value for Satispay.
  • The ability to understand, research, and follow technology trends in the fintech industry is a plus.

  • An excellent communicator and relationship builder.
  • A very quick learner and adapts fast.
  • Proactive thinker, with the ability to 'think outside the box'.
  • Results-oriented, easy-going, entrepreneurial, and passionate about your work.

Logistic & Salary
The role is based in Milan with a hybrid work policy.

We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
Stock options plan available.

The selection process
Once we receive your CV, we will take the time to evaluate it carefully.

Our selection process may vary in the number and order of steps but generally includes an HR interview, technical evaluation, and a final meeting in person. We aim to have the entire process completed in under 4 weeks.
