La risorsa ricercata è un* Training & Quality Specialist, che verrà inserit* all’interno nel dipartimento Customer Excellence che si occupa di assistenza omnicale ai Clienti, in particolare nel team di Knowledge, Training & Quality.
Principali attività:
Analisi del fabbisogno formativo definendo contenuti e programmi volti a migliorare la qualità erogata
Sviluppo dei percorsi di formazione, creando e implementando programmi e contenuti di apprendimento efficaci e mirati, adattati alle esigenze dell’organizzazione dei contact center inhouse e in outsourcer.
Erogazione di formazione d’aula e training on the job agli specialist del customer care per lo sviluppo delle conoscenze specialistiche (CRM ecc...)
Rilevazione e monitoraggio della qualità erogata e percepita
Predisposizione e implementazione di contenuti digitali ed e-learning con strumenti di authoring.
Sviluppo progetti di gamification

Laurea triennale o magistrale
Esperienza di almeno 2 anni in qualità di trainer, in ambito operation, in contesti altamente strutturati.
Conoscenza piattaforme e-learning; interesse e attitudine per l’innovazione digitale e alle Learning Technologies
Conoscenza del CRM Salesforce
Gradita esperienza su progetti di process improvement e miglioramento della qualità del servizio clienti
