Your opportunity

Il team After Sales Back Office offre il massimo livello di servizio al cliente nel post-vendita al fine di garantire un’eccezionale customer experience e soddisfare le aspettative dei clienti in linea con la visione, la missione, gli obiettivi della società e le politiche aziendali. Partecipa alle operazioni di After Sales e si confronta con le strutture di Front Office, i fornitori, i collaudatori delle diverse società produttive, all’interno di un team multi-categoria/multi-brand.

How you will contribute

Gestione fisica e avanzamento ticket del prodotto autorizzato al rientro

Gestione Ordine delle parti di ricambio (gestione dell’approvvigionamento delle parti di ricambio richieste, invio della merce accompagnandola con i documenti necessari; avanzamento e chiusura dell’ordine a sistema, coerentemente al processo gestito)

Garanzia della corretta applicazione delle direttive tecniche dei team di produzione, attraverso verifica dei prodotti in arrivo dal negozio e verifica dei prodotti in arrivo dai fornitori/centri di riparazione

Monitoraggio continuo del processo di After Sales attraverso un continuo aggiornamento dei ticket a sistema al fine di garantire il raggiungimento degli SLA definiti e la tracciabilità del processo After Sales

Who you are

Hai conseguito una Laurea Triennale

Hai maturato esperienza nel Customer Service/After Sales (conoscenze tecniche di prodotto come plus)

Hai un forte orientamento al cliente e un generale interesse verso i servizi post-vendita

Hai una buona conoscenza del pacchetto MS Office

Hai buone doti di comunicazione e di presentazione

Hai attitudine a lavorare con un buon livello di autonomia, in modalità multi-tasking, anche in situazioni di pressione e in ambiente di lavoro dinamico

Hai consolidate doti di problem solving, accuratezza e attenzione al dettaglio

Hai una conoscenza fluente della lingua italiana e una buona conoscenza dell’inglese (scritto e parlato)
