Position

La risorsa prescelta sarà inserita nel Team Financial Legal Advice & International Projects nell’ambito della Unit Corporate Affairs & Financial Legal Advice inserita nella Direzione Legal & Corporate Affairs con il compito di:

- fornire supporto e consulenza legale in relazione a operazioni straordinarie di qualsiasi natura e progettualità, anche di carattere internazionale, relative a nuovi prodotti/servizi/mercati, in coordinamento con le funzioni interne di volta in volta coinvolte;

- svolgere attività di assistenza e consulenza stragiudiziale in materia di servizi finanziari e di investimento mediante:

· la redazione di pareri scritti o risposte a quesiti in merito a problematiche di natura legale o di interpretazione legislativa nel settore di competenza;

· la predisposizione e adeguamento dei contratti con la clientela (retail e non) in materia di servizi/ prodotti finanziari e di investimento, tenuto conto della normativa di settore, delle indicazioni/interpretazioni fornite dagli Organi di Vigilanza, ovvero dei pareri espressi dalle Associazioni di categoria e dalle competenti funzioni di compliance;

· la revisione/negoziazione di contratti internazionali di natura finanziaria con controparti di mercato e/o mercati propedeutici e/o correlati alla prestazione dei servizi in favore dalla clientela;

· la predisposizione e negoziazione di accordi commerciali/di collaborazione con partner strategici e con società prodotto, ovvero emittenti gli strumenti e prodotti finanziari (es. confidentiality agreements e memorandum of understanding, convenzioni di collocamento/accordi di distribuzione di strumenti e prodotti finanziari);

· la predisposizione per quanto di competenza della documentazione d’offerta di strumenti finanziari emessi dalla Banca.


Requirements

- Ottima preparazione in ambito civilistico e in tema di normativa specialistica del settore finanziario (con particolare focus sui prodotti finanziari e sull’operatività dei mercati);

- Conoscenza del funzionamento dei mercati finanziari e delle tipologie di strumenti finanziari;

- Ottimo inglese scritto e parlato;

- La pregressa esperienza di almeno un anno in analogo contesto nel settore bancario/finanziario.

Completano il profilo l’orientamento al risultato e al problem solving, una personalità dinamica e proattiva con ottime capacità organizzative e relazionali e una marcata attitudine al teamwork.
