Job Description
Starfinder, agenzia di selezione del personale dedicata esclusivamente al settore ICT, ricerca un Test Manager, per importante e prestigiosa realtà del settore ICT con sede a Torino.

In particolare il candidato, che avrà il compito di supervisionare il team di testing dell'azienda, si occuperà principalmente delle seguenti attività:
  • Identificare ed analizzare la documentazione utile alla definizione dei casi di test
  • Definire la Test Strategy
  • Saper pianificare la disponibilità, le caratteristiche e l'utilizzo delle risorse (ambienti di test, persone del team, tempistiche, ecc.)
  • Stimare effort e tempi per le attività richieste
  • Progettare e manutenere il Test Report dei progetti
  • Gestire attività di defect management, identificando il workflow più adatto al progetto o all'insieme dei progetti in scope, controllando la correttezza delle priorità e delle severità associate ai difetti e monitorando la loro evoluzione
Il candidato ideale è un profilo senior che ha all'attivo almeno 3 anni di esperienza come Test Manager e gestione di team e presenta le seguenti caratteristiche:
  • Comprovata conoscenza del ciclo di vita del software e i processi di test
  • Capacità di scrittura di casi di test e conoscenza degli strumenti utili a tale scopo (Test Book)
  • Esperienza sia nel Functional Testing (Stand Alone, System Integration, E2E) sia nel Non Functional Testing
  • Conoscenza del Risk Based Testing
  • Esperienza nell'utilizzo dei principali tool di Test Management (Quality Centre, XRay, Spira, QTest, ecc.)
  • Conoscenza dei principali tool di Test Automation
  • Conoscenza, anche base, lato sviluppo software (linguaggio SQL, VBA, Java, Python, altro)
  • Ottime competenze comunicativo-relazionali e capacità di motivare il team
  • Leadership e gestione del team
  • Capacità di gestire relazioni con profili differenti, per ruoli e responsabilità, all'interno e all'esterno dell'azienda
 Possibilità di ampio smartwork, richiesta comunque residenza a Torino o zone limitrofe
