We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Finance Administrator. As a Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining financial records, processing invoices and expenses, and assisting with financial analysis. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while gaining experience in finance and accounting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain financial records, including invoices, expenses, and payments
  • Process invoices and expense claims in a timely manner and ensure accuracy
  • Assist with financial analysis and reporting, including variance analysis and budget tracking
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies assisting the HQ controlling.
  • Support the finance team with month-end and year-end closing activities together with an external partner
  • Prepare and submit various financial reports as required as well as Agents commissions reports.
  • Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursement

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Proven experience in finance or accounting role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
  • High English level as communications with the HQ office must be in English
